We hope that you enjoy your new Augustine purchase and that it arrives to you in perfect condition.

If there is any fault with the garment please contact us on info@augustineinternational.com and make us aware of the situation. This must happen within the first 7 days of your purchase. You may then send the garment back to us and we will repair or replace it for you.

If you receive a garment and it does not fit you or you are not happy with the style, you may return it to us within 7 days of the purchase date and we will happily replace the garment for another style of your choice.

Please note that no monetary refund will occur unless we are unable to replace a faulty item. If you are unsure of a style or garment prior to purchase please feel free to email us with any questions.

When returning a garment please enclose your original invoice with your invoice number. Please package the garment securely in a courier package bag and return to the below address:
